Whats new in Optix: January 2020

This month we’ve launched a beta Xero integration app, made a number of invoicing and billing improvements, and more. So without further ado, here’s what’s new this month!

For managers: Beta Xero integration app

We are excited to announce the release of a new beta integration app between Optix and Xero. Managing finances and accounting for your coworking business has never been easier. Learn more about the integration here.

For managers: The ability to undo a credit allocation that has been applied to an invoice

Whats new in Optix: January 2020

Accidently applied a credit? No problem. You can now easily undo a credit that has been applied to an invoice with just a few clicks. Learn how here.

For managers: The ability to remove a payment, partial payment, or refund that has been applied to an invoice

With Optix, you are not able to edit an invoice that has already been paid but now you are if you first remove the payment that was added to the invoice. This new functionality will also come in handy if you are trying to remove a refund that was issued incorrectly, a payment that was made on the wrong invoice, and more! Click here to learn how.

For managers: The ability to remove an invoice item from an upcoming, due, or overdue invoice

Whats new in Optix: January 2020

Afraid of your members getting accidentally charged for something you don’t want them to pay for you? Now you don’t have to. You’ll have the ability to remove an invoice item from an upcoming, due, or overdue invoice to ensure your member is charged the correct amount. Has the invoice already been paid? No problem. Use the new functionality mentioned above to first remove the payment and then you’ll be able to make changes to the invoice. Click here to learn more.

For managers: The ability to charge a deposit and/or a set up fee when a member signs up via the web or app

Whats new in Optix: January 2020

Now when enabling user self-onboarding, you’ll have the ability to charge for a deposit or set up fee, eliminating the need for you to chase a member down to collect it from them later.
