What's new in Optix: March 2020

This month we’ve launched a COVID-19 Information app, a new look and feel for the web dashboard, and more. So without further ado, here’s what’s new this month!

For managers and users: COVID-19 Information app

What's new in Optix: March 2020

During this challenging time, we want your community to have the most up-to-date information about the COVID-19 outbreak. Install the COVID-19 Information App to display a banner in the mobile app, with a link to the World Health Organization website. You can find the app under ‘Find new apps’ in the left-side menu and click to install it.

For managers: New look and feel for the web platform

What's new in Optix: March 2020

We’re excited to be introducing design changes to the web platform, making your experience more seamless when managing your community. Navigation on each page in the web platform has moved to a streamlined, left-side menu, and content now takes the full page (including apps). Click the button at the top of the left-side menu to try the new look.

For managers: Customize the ‘Bill To:’ field on invoices

What's new in Optix: March 2020

Instead of displaying a user’s name on an invoice, you can choose to use a company name or other billing details to display on an invoice. This feature is currently available in the early access preview of the new look and feel.

For managers: Move a payment method from a user to a team

What's new in Optix: March 2020

When you move a user into a team, you may want to move their payment method from their personal account to their team account. You can now make this change directly in the platform by moving the payment method from a personal account to a team account. Click here to learn how.

For managers: See the payment method used on invoices

What's new in Optix: March 2020

When you view an invoice in the web platform, if a payment has been made against that invoice, you’ll be able to see which payment method from the user/team was used to make the payment. This is especially useful for those users/teams who have more than one payment method.
