In this last month of summer, we are excited to announce some new features and improvements including our new ezeep integration, a number of invoicing improvements, and more! We are also getting ready for October – some exciting announcements are ahead. So without further ado, here’s what’s new this month!
For managers: ezeep printing beta integration with Optix
We’re thrilled to announce that printing management with Optix has just gotten easier with a new direct beta integration with ezeep! With this new integration, you’ll be able to create users in Optix, link their plans to groups in ezeep, and automatically charge for printing through Optix.

For users: Ability to buy plans anytime
We are excited to launch a new growth feature that enables your members to buy a plan anytime! Whether it’s a new member that is on a trial looking to sign up for their first plan, or an existing member looking to add to their membership, this new feature puts the power in your members’ hands so you can focus on building relationships to close the deal.
This feature will be turned off by default. To enable this feature in your apps, read this FAQ.
For managers: New invoicing improvements
There are a number of new invoicing improvements that went live this month, making it even easier for you to collect and track your payments.

Pending invoices and the ability to charge early
Pending invoices are a preview of a user/team’s next invoice. With pending invoices, you can charge early and move items from a Pending invoice to a Due (due date is today) or Upcoming (due date is in the future) invoice. This feature will allow you to select only the items you want to charge for and will allow you to select a date the payment is due by.
Record payment or refund
A smarter way to handle balances on invoices, you can now record a full or partial payment to an invoice or a full or partial refund when necessary.
