Promote your Plans and Passes on the Home Screen of your Mobile App

As we approach the end of the year, our team has been hard at work to deliver some amazing features for you to make sure you’re holiday-ready. This month, we launched a new feature that allows you to block Resource bookings when your business is closed, promote Plans and Passes on the home screen of your app, and more.

Prevent users from making Resource bookings when your business is closed

For admins: Prevent users from making Resource bookings when your business is closed

Holidays are on the horizon and now you’re able to prevent your users from booking your Resources when your business is closed! 

Whether it’s holidays, events, or scheduled maintenance that requires you to temporarily close your doors, you’ll now be able to manage this from your Optix Dashboard.

Promote your Plans and Passes on the Home Screen of your Mobile App

For admins and users: Promote your Plans and Passes on the home screen of your mobile app 

Put your Plans and Passes front and center with this new update. You can now promote them on the home screen of your mobile app, making them even more accessible to your users who are ready to sign up for a recurring monthly Plan subscription or top up their Allowance with a one-time Pass. 

Customize the look and feel of each Plan and Pass, and get creative with their names, descriptions, and appearance to reflect and showcase your brand

For admins: Filter your users by active Pass 

Are you curious about which of your users are on an active Pass but not yet on a monthly recurring subscription Plan? Or maybe you have a promotional Pass that you are using to attract new members and want to know when this will expire for a certain user. 

You’re now able to filter your users by their active Passes to be able to identify and target these members with additional offers to become even more engaged with your community.

Easily purchase a Pass in-app

Coming soon for users: Easily purchase a Pass in-app 

We’ve heard your feedback and incorporated this update to make it even easier for users to be able to find and purchase Passes in-app. 

Users will now be able to go to the Passes tab in the “More” screen of the app which takes them directly to the list of available Passes for purchase. It’s as simple as that!
