Optix Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview
The Optix Referral Program rewards both referrers and referred individuals/organizations for contributing to the growth of Optix. Participants can earn rewards for referring qualified leads who complete a demo and / or become Optix clients.

2. Eligibility
To participate in the Optix Referral Program, referrers must satisfy the following conditions:

  • Be an existing or former Optix customer
  • Be 18 years or older

3. Exclusions

  • Employees of Optix, or their Immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
  • Contractors of Optix, or their Immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
  • This offer is not valid where prohibited by law.
  • Referrals must be submitted through the official Optix referral form to qualify.

4. Referral Criteria
To qualify for a referral reward:

  • The referred lead must be a new customer to Optix (i.e., not an existing client or already in communication with the Optix sales team).
  • The lead must complete a qualified demo, which includes meeting basic qualification criteria.  See Section 6 for more details.
  • The referrer will be the first person to submit the verified lead. If the same contact is submitted by multiple individuals, the reward will be granted to the first referrer whose submission is verified.

5. Rewards
The reward structure is as follows:

  • Referring individual: After the referred lead completes a qualified demo, the referrer will receive a $50 digital gift card via Tango Card Inc. If the referred organization becomes an Optix client, the referrer will receive an additional $200 digital gift card via Tango Card Inc.
  • Referred individual: After the referred lead completes a qualified demo, the referred individual will receive a $50 digital gift card via Tango Card Inc. If the organization to whom they are associated becomes an Optix client, the referred individual will receive an additional $200 digital gift card via Tango Card Inc.
  • Referred organization: Upon becoming an Optix client, the referred organization will receive a credit of $250 applied to their account.

6. Demo Qualification
A demo is considered qualified if the lead meets the following qualification criteria:

  • Budget: the organization with whom the referred lead is associated has the financial capacity to invest in Optix
  • Authority: the referred lead has decision-making power or direct influence
  • Need: the organization with whom the referred lead is associated has a clear business requirement for Optix’s solution
  • Timing: the organization with whom the lead is associated is ready to implement the solution within a reasonable timeframe 

Optix reserves the right to decline referrals that do not meet these criteria.

7. Reward Redemption

  • All individual rewards will be distributed as digital gift cards only; no physical option or alternative is available.
  • Referrers and referred leads will receive their rewards within 30 days following the completion of a qualified demo of Optix
  • Referrers and referred leads will receive additional rewards within 30 days following the referred organization’s successful conversion to an Optix client.
  • The $250 credit applicable to referred organizations shall be applied to its first invoice.
  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

8. Program Modifications
Optix reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time. Notice will be provided to affected parties for any significant changes.

9. Dispute Resolution
In the case of disputes over reward distribution, Optix will determine the rightful recipient based on the time of submission. All decisions made by Optix will be final.

10. Liability
Optix is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misused rewards once issued.
