Summer’s heating up, and so are the updates! This month, we launched the beta for Documents and Document Signing, making it easier than ever to automate and track agreements right in Optix. Plus, a small but mighty tweak to the Visitor Management app now lets you skip name collection for faster check-ins.

Introducing: Document Storage and Document Signing [in closed beta]

We’re excited to announce the beta launch of Document Storage and Document Signing in Optix—one of our most requested features to date!

This powerful new functionality enables you to collect and track signed agreements directly within your Optix dashboard, helping reduce risk and streamline operations. Whether you’re signing private office agreements, managing event space bookings, or onboarding new members, you can now automate the entire process using Optix Automations, ensuring the right document goes to the right person at the right time.

Documents and document signing is currently in beta and is available upon request. Reach out to support@optixapp.com or via the chat function in your admin dashboard to get it added to the list!

Exclude first and last name from the Visitor Management app

Are you using the Visitor Management app to automatically check visitors and deliveries into your community? If so, then this update is for you!

You now have the option of excluding the requirement for a first and last name during registration when using the Visitor Management app. This can be helpful for those who want to simplify the visitor registration process for speed and efficiency. It’s also helpful for those who are not able or don’t want to collect visitors’ names for privacy purposes.
